and....
It's true that ffxi is more addictive then cigs but there're better
substitute dependencies...for smoking there's chewing gum, eating, biting
on a lead pipe, and on top of all that...you're a total pain in the
**** to be around...

But for FFXI there's Guild Wars, WoW, EQ2, CoD, L2, and a boatload or
other games to get lost in...lol...so there's that^^

But yeah *sigh*
I've tried to quit both now...and I gotta saw...I'm thinkin I got a better
chance with the cigs...hehe

The thing is though, when you eat sunflower seeds to quit smoking you don't start eating a pack of seeds/day once you kick the habit. CoD, WoW, L2, etc... on the other hand...

Well yeah...
Playing video games is what I do...I can't imagine wasting
time any other way...lol...it's me ^^

Smoking was just a bad habit I did while I was being me...hehe

good luck to you there, i quit smoking once, during basic training cause they didnt allow us to smoke, so we all quit longenough to figure out how to get them and how to not get caught. took about 3 weeks. longest time i have quit smokingin the last 16 years.
