Yeah, it's probably related to the glitch in Besieged where dead people disappear and their names turn green. It might have something to do with extreme lag (I noticed you're in Rolanberry), or it could just be that they messed up coding with one of the latest updates.
I've seen the exact same bug in Rolanberry too. :S

Ro'Maeve has the same thing at the Qu[tab] spring. A fire spirit'll show up with Fenrir's name. It doesn't do anything. It's the server regurgitating things, mostly.
However, they do not show up in areas without weather. So I guess that leaves Jeuno, Sandy and surrounding region, Bastok and surrounding region, and Windurst and surrounding region glitch-free for the most part.
