Seems Bismarck's greatest HNM linkshell has done what no other shell on the server has and beat Jailer of Love.

Wow, a big congrats to IRON... ;;>.> and on a side note has anyone on any server beaten AV yet?
Its funny the love polearm went to a Sam... No Drg to give it to? >.>
I thought that AV popped as soon as the Jailer was defeated regardless?
I was there for the latter part of the fight...and I must say, congrats to IRON for being the first to take down one of the mammoths of FFXI on the Bismarck server!
Sucks about only getting a polearm tho :/
Just wish AV popped...woulda loved to get some pictures of that one ^^ And to reply to the previous posters, no, AV doesn't pop everytime...I believe that it is roughly 50% of the time.
But now onto the more important question...
When's the ls vid of it coming out?! I know you guys had Fraps running for part of the fight :p

Yes, it is a shame that AV did not pop. We were hoping to at least get some clues as to how to take AV down though we were all prepared to lose a few 10k worth of exp in the process.
You will have to talk to Sendo about when the video is coming out.
Since the "adjustment" to Sea (which definitly made JoL an easier fight). One LS has gotten the AV pop and 3 (including us) has NOT gotten the pop. So as it stands, 25% chance. But of course, 4 pops is a low sample size.

So you're number 4 to kill JoL on all servers? Even bigger kudos to you IRON, and a fantastic job. May we see that Bismarck has the first LS (or compilation thereof) to kill AV.

It sucks that AV isnt 100 percent, you cant kill something that doesnt pop, next time were going to go with 2 sets of JoL pops and hope to get to pop, HOPE.
