Greetings and Salutations!

Well, I have been MIA for about 2.5 months now :(

Reason for as my close friends online know, I am traveling. Australia to be exact. I live in Canada and right about this time of year it gets just a lil' bit cold! So I had an opportunity to travel and here I am. I have lived in Sydney for a bit (at a hostel) then met 6 others, 1 german, 2 scottish, 2 english, and 1 japanese and we all travelled up the east coast of Oz together. We camped out for most of it until Byron Bay (party town!). I have seen a bit of wildlife especially a massive black and yellow snake as long as the road is wide! I got out and stupidly stood right by its tail I wannted to touch it just like Steve Irwin! CRIKEY! Thankfully it had no interest in me!

Anyway, I am now in Surfer's Paradise (we went up further to Monto and Bundaberg for jobs in Harvest work but it uhhh didnt work out...$2/hour no thanks!). Got a highrise apt on the beach until december 22 then back to Sydney or on to Brisbane to make some money to fund my NewZealand trip in Feburary. I am expecting to be back home in Canada around April or May (when the snow is gone).

Yes, I brought my PS2 with me, what a pain though, I had to spend 125 dollars to get a stepdown power converter, they use 240V here in Oz. And I didn't even get FFX1 up and running. I left my PS2 with Vimien at his apartment in Sydney (sadly he quit the game though and gave the account up to some friends).

Anyways, I can't wait to be back and immerse myself in FFX1 once again, the new expansion seems promising as well as the release of Xbox360 version.

I totally encourage anyone who has thought about traveling to just get up and do it, its soo easy! Especially Australia.
