I promise this is not going to be another one of those "Poor me I Screwed up and they won't give my money back" posts. I just wanted to share a recent experience with the good people of Alla.
I was getting ready to go to my Sunday Blm set when I accidentally purchased a scroll of Blizzaga II for 24k. Well the dilema was I had a cold, was on nyquil, and had meant to lot on Blizzard II which was going for 24k. A bit pissed at myself I bought the scroll I had intended and just threw the other one in my moghouse for later use. I didn't contact the person I had bought it from, hell I didn't even look to see who it was. Let's face it.. it was my mistake I don't expect anyone to send me 22k back for something I did.
Fast forward about 10-15 minutes I was waiting at the Port Jeuno home point and I get a /tell from a person names Anhalo. I remembered the name, but this wasn't someone I normal converse with so I was a bit confused. Anhalo proceeded to ask me if I had mistakenly purchased the blizzaga II for 24k. I said that I had, the she initiated a trade with me.. and low and behold she was offering me back my 22k extra that I spent on the scroll!! I was floored... (ask Drow)
So Anhalo.. I salute you for being an upstanding citizen of Bismarck!

<3 Anhalo! She's teh uberest PLD. AKA Roselynn. Yah, she's totally kewl and honestly? I'd recommend getting to know her. She's real helpful and dammit, just fun to be around. Heh, she'll probably read this thread and just reply with ">.>"
Anhalo is a great player! She is also my official "hun". Haha, don't ask as it is a stupid in-joke from an old linkshell we were in. =) An/Rose is helpful and kind and it would behoove you to get to know her. BEHOOVE, BEHOOVE I SAY!
Yeh for sure. I have only talked to Anhalo limited times, but they were very nice to me when we did. Too bad that didn't happen when I accidentally spent 1.1 mil on an Errant body instead of 110k GDI!!!! Ratm!!!! LOL
This is not the first time Anhalo has done this. She was on my LS at the time and she asked me to check the auctionhouse for her because she thought someone had severly overbid on something. Sure enough the guy had. She hunted him down and gave him his money back. If this happened 6 months ago it might have been the same story. Anhalo is one of the best peeps pn this game. I've seen her go out of her way to come to CN to clear up a soldier crawler/worker crawler road block and she did it out of the goodness of her Heart. We should all be more like her.
*edit Oh yeah and her little taru Roselynn was my first taru love on the game. Kind and generous are both good descriptions for her.

Ironically, I just saw that someone recently purchased a Light Staff for about 1.1M instead of 110K. Should still be in the history.

Anhalo is a great person and was a good friend to me when I played. Always helpful, considerate, and just down right sweet! Every time she logged on she was always asking in the LS if anyone needed help with anything. Mainly the thing that everyone hates doing...coffer keys.

Haha I guess I'll jump on this thread to further embarrass Anhalo. She's an excellent Paladin and a very prepared player. Only thing to be cautious of Anhalo is there's a good chance she's arriving to camp as PLD/BLM o.O Putting aside her forgetfulness to change subs, you should feel safe with her as PLD. What others have said is true. She's a very nice person and I think it pains her just to kill a bunny right outside of San d'Oria.
It is great to see everyone coming together to salute a great player!
