So I am finally on CoP 4-3 which means i can do a bunch of different ENMs now and was wondering what your experiences have been? Is the exp worth the effort? Are the drops profitable and frequent? Whats the difficultly like? Here is the list of the ENM battlegrounds available.

I only do 3 ENMs on a regular basis..
Mineshaft 2716 "Bugboy"
Boeyard Gully "Sheep in antlions clothing"
Bearclaw Pinnacle "Brothers"
Mineshaft 2716 Bugboy is damn easy and most of your time will be spent getting the sylvan stones and just getting there.
9 out of 10 times it has dropped just the Cassia lumber..IMO, this has the worst drop rate for anything decent.
Boeyard Gully "Sheep in ants clothing" 1 mob(that matters) is a Antlion and after a period of damage , he burrows and runs away. You must find him again without popping a non NM (wastes a lot of time). This has a 15 minute time limit and you can easily run out of time if you have a run where you get 3, 4 or 5 non NM mobs.
Drops have been decent(Martial weps, El Toro leather etc) to nice (Hagun)
Also in Boneyard is "Shall we dance"(12 person) and "Totentanz"(18 person) althought you dont have to take that many people in. Shall we dance has dropped Blau Dolch and Totentanz has dropped Corse cape among many other things.
Bearclaw Pinnacle "Brothers" is probably my favorite. 2x "Taur" type mobs, like the true sight mobs in Ulegrand Range. 6 person but you can take more or less. Very easy with a sleeper. Sleep the big one and kill the small one then kill the big one.
By far the best drops that we have received from any of the ENMs.
Scouters ropes, Hedgehog bombs etc. Sometimes 2x and 3x the same items drops.
BTW those 3 are all uncapped.

I've really only done one on a regular basis; Bugard in the Clouds.
Won 7 of 8 tries and our total loot is as follows:
14 Aluminum ores (2 each try)
2 Kshama Ring No.2's
1 Kshama Ring No.9
...very dissapointed in the drops with this
