Basically the mobs are about the level you would XP on from 70+ though you do not actually get any XP.
65 is a bit low and the bigger issue is of you dying from AOE's etc too frequently as opposed to being able to deal damage.
This is where things like Race and gear will play a factor.
Here is some good info that one of our LS Memebrs Xaetica compiled:

More to come as I find them. For those that do not know, map does not work when in dynamis, so it is helpful for certain jobs to have a printout of the city we are doing on hand.
There are several topics that must be understood when going into dynamics.
Pulling - Pulling in dynamis is not like exp or any other situation. Pulling involves sleepers and tanks to be aware of who we intend to fight. Sacrificing pulls are to be expected to lessen the number of mobs that will come to camp.
Tanking - Tanking in dynamis is more about keeping x number of mobs away from our mages. Most of the time the sleepers will accumulate a lot of hate over time.
Melee - There are mobs you want to melee, and there are those you don't under any condition. You will not decide this, it will be decided for you. There is an order to which jobs are killed first. And their is a small handful of jobs that must be killed first and asap. These tactics and more will be discuessed, but a preview of it can be found on Dyncamis Cat Attack web site.
Raising - Most dynamis LSes rotate R2 and R3 with no priority as to who gets what. If you are getting R1 it is because of an emergency or time constraint, but these are rare. A well executed dynamis run will have enough time to kill main boss and farm for 2/3 of the time.
Sub jobs - Some job's usefulness may depend on their sub. Subbing /drk for some is actually very useful for stunning certain attacks. Know your role in dynamis and the role of your sub.
Know your controls - It is very important that you have your filters set to the appropriate role of your job.
Lotting - the autolot in dynamis does not work the same as elsewhere. Just because something dropped last doesn't mean it will be autolotted last. As such when AF2 drops or other items that need to go to specific people, it must be understood before even trading the hourglass who will be lotting on what.
Cooperation - This above anything else here is the single most important aspect of dynamis and will determine the success of a run.
Fun - We are all here to have fun. So just do it.
All except the last three can be read in the links provided. Lotting will be discussed by the officers. Cooperation and fun is up to you all. We are all here to have fun, and having fun is completely interdependant on everyone else.
Read it all and take it in, the officers and veterans of Dynamis are ready to answer any questions.
I will update this as I have time and find other useful information.
