Most of you know Tsetsuo and Hiptaru have always had a bit of tension between them. Hiptaru with all his gil-making ideas always seems to tick off Tsetsuo. I'm not exactly sure what Hiptaru did or said this time, but it would appear that he went too far with this one. Here is a series of screenshots of their last encounter...
