To answer now and any future question about skill up:

100-150 G1 mobs are usually the good stuff (easy to get parties too >.>)
150-200 Robber crabs in Boyahda tree
200-240 Steelshells in Boyahda tree

That's the easy road for skilling up, since crabs have High Def and aren't very annoying to deal with.
==========
Coffer mobs are also a option, but I really never skilled up on those, i'm guessing those are good from around 180-225.

Tip: Life belt and Bream sushi are very uselful ^^

Have fun skilling up

At your level sword skill, you should be able to solo skillup for a long time. ;)

To get to 150, skill up on Helm Beetles in Quicksand Caves. There's a spot there just inside the entrance just south of the gate crystal (you can see it on the map, it's either north or south of it) where the pulling/fighting should be easy.
Also you might want to take a trip down to the CN and /check some of the mobs there. If I remember right the Worker crawlers should get you to Helm Beetle level if you can't skill on the beetles yet.

After you've hit 150 and level 60, move to Kuftal Tunnel. You can solo the Robber crabs, but do not bring NIN! Bring /BLM, and Aspir/Drain the crabs as you fight them. Also keep Stoneskin up, Big Scissors hurts.

The crabs will get you to lvl 200. At that point, and after level 65 (I did this at 68), move to Cape Terrigan crabs. Use the same tactic as with the Kuftal crabs.

This is definately the slow way around; if you want to get the levels quickly, do the shout-in-Jeuno thing. But soloing them will usually give you pretty good exp (the upper Kuftal and lower Terrigan crabs were DC, simple fight, 56+ exp) and you have the added benefit of not having pure melee classes murdering the mob before you can get any points off it.

If not subbing Nin, try subbing thf. Garunteed hit with SA and if you're skilling up on crabs, can't ever have too much Rock Salt >_>
