Well I have just completed getting my BRD to lvl 10 and headed to dunes and went lfg. While I was there I saw many BLMs and PLDs lfg for at least 1 hour. And just awhile ago I saw many WHMs lfg too. Before when I started this game you could never find a BLM or WHM to pt in dunes or almost anywhere else below 30.. hmmm how the times have changed...

i think it has something to do with the fact that people are utterly dependant on power lvls to get out of dunes fast. they just make a pt of damage dealers, forget about mages or tanks, and have some high lv rdm or whm just PL them through the dunes in a couple hours of fighting mobs they would normaly wipe to.

yea thats true or people are finaly getting to understand dunes sucks and there going bubu or tunnle or somthing like that because i went threw dunes as a rdm like a month ago and i went a few hours of lfp dunes sucks as anything nowadays wars to whm so what ever u do stay away from dunes

yeai m running a 2nd char through dunes now, and was shocked theo ther day to see 5 WHM seeking PT!!! unheard of.
of course there were no DD looking ;;

Yea, PL partys aren't rare there anymore.

i notice that as well, this is my 9th job going throught dunes, then after dunes it all changes back, cant find a whm or cant find a tank. then again this is valkrum dunes.
I'm really quite sick of all the dependence on PLs in Valkurm Dooms.
well i have war warrior still stuck in the dunes. Haven't leveled it because I'm concentrating on leveling my main for once.
I only showed up there because friend asked if I had a lvl 13-15. I think my war is lvl 17 atm. I do have a lvl 9 rdm as well.

Got Thief from 13-17 last night, took me forever to get from 13 to 15... hardly anyone could play their jobs correctly, and then I got into a Party that was all DD and a Bard, with three PLs (completely uneccesary, but I was haveing fun with my newly aquired Sneak Attack so I didn't really care).. I got 15-17 in about an hour and a half.
So yes, Dunes is basically full of Tanks and Mages lfg, with PLs acting as tanks, healers, support (hasting everyone, etc.), leaving the DD to level quickly
