This is a relatively new LS, most of you have probably seen Mrclean's recruiting shouts in Jeuno. But if haven't and are interested, contact him or myself and we'll set you up.
Its a very relaxed atmosphere (zero drama) and its puropose is to help fellow crafters on their path to Veteran-hood. Craftsman rank for new members is preferred, (as low-level crafting tends to spawn excess questions, all of which could be answered easily by info on this site.) So happy crafting, see you at the guild. =P

Yaotzin, I'm sorry an unanswered question created such hostility in that head of yours. =( However the purpose of this post is to 'recruit' people so that there will be answeres when questions are asked.

I'm interested. Not a craftsman yet, but close kinda. Level 55 Goldsmithing and climbing, I'm gonna be goldsmithing my *** off too to get to Craftsman.
It's really hard to find good help with goldsmithing and I'm hoping to get in a nice helpful shell. ^.^

Pardon my intrusion, but is this the same Mrclean that's totally not Armyofone, but really is?
This is a great shell, very glad I joined. 67 smithing right now and glad to help out when I can and not afraid to ask questions. To the seconds poster, it's possible no one knew the answer, and it's also possible no one was there atm. A lot of crafters bazaar, I'm sorry you had this problem.
MrClean is extremely helpful, especially with goldsmithing and is very willing to craft things for at least members. Props to him and all the helpful crafters in TheGUILD, hope to see more of you soon!

Heaven forbid they let in someone who isnt a craftsman cause (It causes excess questions) and we all know the whole point of helping someone is to not let them ask questions.

I guess I will ask Mrclean for a pearl. 78 alchemy today, adept hell yea. I'll need help breaking some fishing rods soon!
Aishareadread the OP please. =) There is a perfectly sane rationale for preferring lvl 50-60+. A 0-60 guide for any craft is pretty much a dime-a-dozen. Its Craftsman rank and beyond that can become the significant challenge (thats not to say 0-60 can't be a pain in the ***).
'Craftsman only' is not an ironclad requirement...it's simply a rule of thumb. If you beleive you're a resourceful and able crafter, yet for whatever reason still need some help during the earlier levels, by all means stop on by TheGUILD.

I think you'd have a much bigger playerbase in this LS if you dropped the requirement down a bit. I *think* craftsman is the 60s right?
I can see how a crafting LS would work, but keeping the requirement that high (when there are so little crafters AT that lvl) is a bit much. I'd suggest drop it to, say maybe lvl 20 or 30. So you know you have people that wanna stick with their craft, not just dabble a bit in crafting (these people rarely break lvl 15).
How many lvl 60+ are going to have THAT many questions that they wouldn't be able to solve themselves with a little research? It's the lower lvl crafters that would need questions answered, not the already accomplished, higher lvl crafters.
Just my view on it.

My question was simple I simply asked of a good crafting site besides Alla. And you can't tell me "No one" knew of a site.

I just thought it was funny how a Crafting guild designed to help people learn would only let in people at the higher lvls were you already know what your doing, you just need the materials for it.

Glad I joined the shell, all my burning questions about 55+ golsmithing have been answered.
