I think you may have left out the part about how people have them in partys for Skill chains not for their damage.

It takes a lot of time to level a job, it takes a lot of time to earn the gil to pay for the job, it costs money in real life paid to your company to do all this.

I'm certain there are large amounts of Rangers on each server who are so disgusted with the changes they are ready to quit. I myself am one of them, I have no desire to level a new job when I put so much work into Ranger.

Dude if ya dont like it then their is always WOW that you can go play but as far as saying there are large amounts of Rangers on each server who are so disgusted with the changes they are ready to quit. Well I'm not sure but how do you know this did you make a charictor on every server and ask all the ranger's if they are willing to quit a game because of one change makeing a ranger actually have to use their brain and think rather than just unload mass amounts of gil on a mob to kill it?

The population in general is upset at Notorious Monsters no longer dropping the items they once did. While a large number of gilsellers camp those NMs, they will simply move to other ones and make those items unavailable to the average player.

So what your saying here is your pissed that VE dont drop the emp. pin but insted drops a pin that does the same thing as the emp. pin but is RARE/EX or EX? sounds like your mad that you cant camp this item and sell it to make some gil to me.

Clearly SE is satisfied with how Ninja is played as a tank, or they would not give them so much Emnity + gear, with the Utsusemi changes all this update does is make the job much more expensive, as if it wasn't already.

Ya i guess this kind of pisses me off a lil to i mean after all now if a ninja wants to be a tank they need to know how to do it rather then just subing war and buying shishi. Come on man ninja was never ment to be a tank people just found a loophole and it worked.

Ya all job's suffer from the update THF suffer's big time now since a party with a ninja tank is almost a must that the party has a THF lol.

We the players are asking you to give us back the Ranger's ability to deal impressive damage, we are asking you to give us back our ability to have fun in the game we have played so long. If that however does not happen, the people who were willing to sign this petition feel strongly enough that they will deactivate their accounts. Without a reason to play,

We the players? LOL Dude after reading this i about wet myself from laughing so hard. We the players I could care less about rangers geting gimped a lil bit hell that just brings you down to We the players lvl. This patch made ranger's just like every other DD job meaning your nice to have but We the players dont need you for a party to work. Get over yourself and either live with it or take your ball and go home.

If you quit because SE wont change ranger back to a god of DD than thats your loss not our's and im willing to bet that We the people that are so pissed about ranger being gimped well lets just say you may have a couple followers now but when and if you quit you may get lonely way out there on that branch all alone.

I mean the petition itself is hilarious, because no one working at SE could possible take this seriously.

Do any of the RNGs out there realize that they didn't totally nerf them? What's so hard in an EXP party about standing right behind or right to the side of the mob and shooting arrows right in its face? And if that's not the case, then how hard could it be to actually move around and find the "sweet spot"?....buuuut in a HNM situation where the mob is moving around a lot (Kirin, Can I have it?), therefore making the "sweet spot" hard to find, I could maybe accept this part being a little hard.

If anything this ridiculous petition is going to make them KEEP the nerf.

And on a side note, most RNGs are gilbuyers that brag all the time that they have a Kriegsbeil and two Trailer's Kukris and 2 Flame Rings and that they can deal "leet dmg" by just standing there pressing a ranged attack macro. Just no skill, unless you count spending money as one.
