Lvl 69 newb i guess. I keep seeing Sea and Moon Access and I have no idea what they are referring to. What missions/quests are they related to and what do they give you?

Sea is the CoP equivilant to RoZ's sky.
Moon is a place in Ro'Maeve.

Sea access is from the later Promathia missions, and I think is somehing like Sky, not sure about any gods there thou.
Moon is 2 sections in Ro'Maeve, one to the east and one to the west. They are normally closed by a Moongate, which if you have the pass can be opened just by examining it. The Moongate opens up, I believe, on Full moons during 18:00 - 6:00. Once you are in, all you have to do to get the Moongate pass is examine the ??? that is randomly inside one of the 2 sections. I think that Moon is an xp area for 70-73ish, not sure on that as I'm not close to that yet.
So to get the Moongate Pass, you can either wait till a full moon or find someone to open up the gate for you. Bring plenty of prism powders and silent oils thou, I think everything in there aggros to magic.

Sea = Al'Taieu (sp...)
It's CoPs equalivant to Sky, not many people have sea cuz there isnt much there but the CoP storyline....I am hoping SE will introduce NMs and "Gods" soon. But the story to get to this point was worth it.

Yea not much in Sea atm, BUT..the "In the name of Science" quest is interesting.
While not much is there yet, the mobs do drop Organs which are used in the above quest and you can get some pretty nice items.
See www.ffxi.cannotlinkto and click on quests and the quest name is "In the name of Science".
Some of those items have up to 30% increase in skills and magics.
