Set Party for BCNM RunsFollow

Hello Alla peps,

Ok here is the deal. I want to put together a Set Group of people to do 3/6 man BCNM Runs on a regular basis.

My Info:
My hours of game play are:
Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs: 8pm till 11pm Est.
Fri: 8pm till whenever^^
Sat, Sun: whenever I get up till the Sun goes down, and sometimes past the late hours of the night. (Sat & Sun are my normal exp days, but am willing to forgo a few hours to make some gil..lol)

Jobs that I can use:
Rdm59/Whm30/Blm33/Nin30/War30/Thf45

I am good to do any of the 20/30/40 BCNM's. Since these drop alot of the god stuff.

Loot split can be done one of 2 ways (this can be worked out when the group is set up)

Option 1: Pool all the Treasure and spilt the gil 3/6 ways. I will sell the items and send the gil. I understand there is a trust issue, but understand I want this to be a SET GROUP so it wouldn't be in my best intrest to ***** people over on this.

Option 2: Orb users keep drops. Now I know that this is the most common method for BCNM's but too many times have I done them for people to up a leave as soon as they get the loot..
At the same time I also have been screwed with getting crappy drops myself doing it this way. I would like the entire team to get a nice pay-day off this.
