Looking to make a shotel.Follow

I'm looking to have a shotel made for me.

From my understanding it requires exorbitantly high goldsmithing, and at least lv 38 smithing lv 30 boneworking. It sells on AH for 1mil, but the raw materials to make it only cost 230k. (5k if you did the ENM for the tiger eye yourself.)

Does anyone here fit the requirements or know anyone who fits the requirements to craft this? So far it looks like I might have a JP player by the name of Pcell make it, but he's asking far too much for it. (Not to mention he alredy dominates the AH historty for this thing AND the +1)

Please, I really want one and I just want a good deal on this. /tell me ingame, I'm hardly on here anymore. (Too busy ingame lol)
