Heh...exams are soon (got one tomorrow), paper dues Thursday, and because of a school event that I am required to attend, I won't be on much until late Thurs or after 12:40 PM Friday (I'll adjust my weekend studying around PMs so I am free whenever then).
And I know that Xeres, due to job shift time stuff (11PM-7AM EST), is available usually only during the daytime.
I also think that Casty wanted to take RNG from 17-25, so he could sub it to his sam for more DD.
Currently, I have two feathers in my possession that can be turned into one melt.
Looking at the battle strategy...Casty, do you mind holding the melts for this fight?
EDIT: Xeres just informed me that she is free all day Friday, so we aren't restrained by working hours that day.

Incidently, and this is just something I'm throwing out here because I'm procrastinating on school stuff, Sam/Rng is really useful in the CoP airship battle, so that's not a bad idea.

I was sam for this fight and it worked out OK. I was doing Jinpu for about 180-200 average. I was able to get about 7 ws off with 2 hr and icarus. The key to this fight is to have alot of mismelt and just chip away at him. ONe time I lost TP because he started flying as soon as I ws. Sam/ranger would be good too but in all honesty it is not required. We went in with monk/pld/sam/whm/blmg/ranger so it was a melee heavy team. So it was neccessary for us to have alot of mismelt in order not to die from orcher blast. Also make sure stoneskin is off before you do ws. I didn't have to use any of my potions since he never got off the ground to do damage.
How long does a mistmelt keep him on the ground?
