These are the best players I've ever played with.

Zanon - My Leader.

Chidahlia - My Other Leader.

Yakra - One of the Best WHM's I've ever seen.

Moonpie - she was/is the bomb-diggity.

Xigan - He still owes me for level 10-18.

Peo - The craziest taru THF ever! The first person to get Lizzy boots with me too.

Liltai - Great RDM but wont let me in her Static PT.
Grrrrrrr!!

Mouskouri - Awesome player. She is great in all aspects of the game.

Velfire -He has been added once and I would like to bolster the reasoning for him to be on this list. He helped me recently obtain my BRD AF1. Was very eager and gave me many tips for BRD (me being 42 and he being 63).
Jago - 72 NIN who helped Velfire and myself obtain my BRD AF1. He was very eager and very helpful, I couldn't have done it without him for sure.

My turn. I know some of the people I'm about to mention have already been done so, but I feel that I need to thank them more.

Chipmunk
Snoopywoopy
and they're cohorts.

These two have helped me out on several occasion. Mainly with Genkai 1 and some of my Thf AF. They are interesting people to talk to and play along side. Both have taken their time to help me. I only wish I could help them more-often then I have. And on a last note, I'd like to thank the people they branched out to aid themselves, help me. I hope that my TH2 will in the future help you out if nothing else. /bow /praise

'Kay, there's a few people I think I had ought to put on here.

First off, Shadowfox. Dude's been a good friend ever since I started playing. Now, he's my static's DRG. He's got the works too, Scorp Harness, Snipers...you name it ^^ It's not just good gear, he really does play his job insanely well. We farm together and stuff too, hanging out rocks. On top of that, he passed on my Assault Jerkin last nite. Hell, I had a 909 lot, but he said he'd pass long before that ^^ Great guy, great DRG.

Next up...Khmerboi. Also in my static, and also awesome at what he does. He's our SAM...and our SAM with perfect gear as well. Once again, one of those rare people that kicks this game's *** and still manages to be a really nice person. Between him and Shadow, we're pulling off about three SC per fight. It's a little tough on the mp, being Elvaan RDM and all...but we get by ^^ Couldn't ask for anything more.

Also, although I didn't get the privelege to party with them last nite...I did have a quick alliance with 'em when we killed Ose, and I really want to thank them. My pal Gutsuo (great PLD in my ls), got Boleraphon, Lilwiggles, Daneb, Apothyosis and Gaelen to all pass on the Assault Jerkin for me when it dropped last nite. I don't need but as alternate gear and Ballista gear, it's awesome to have. Didn't think I'd get it, cause so many others wanted it...but I did, thank you all ^^

I need to again thank more people for their help.

Tonight, I decided to shout for help finding a coffer key in the Temple of Uggalepih. Got a tell from Mickei that he'd help, a tell from Desolate if he could go. I ask Aries who was lfg if she could help and agreed. Ishido from the /linkshell said he'd go as well.

While we were at the Temple, yet again a few more people stop by to help.

Dominie, Exturiel, Thend, Titanss and Xeph form an alliance with us and we tear into the Tonberries.

I thank you all for helping me (and Desolate) get our Coffer keys! ^^

/cheer

This is just a friendly and open reminder that this thread is intended more as an honor role than a place to pat all your friends or LS mates on their backs publicly.

I don't intend to point any fingers, and I don't mean to come off as though I'm declaring how it's gonna be from on high with two stone tablets carrying the word of god crooked in my arm.

It just seems to me that if this thread gets burried in a slew of huge lists naming everyone and their brother then it pretty much defeats the purpose.

Our linkshell-mates often do amazing things for us. Why wouldn't we want to pat them on the back publicly?

My linkshell managed my AF, helped with mission runs, saved me from a few moments of stupidity, all by being good players. While I understand where you're coming from, I hardly think it fair to disqualifty someone's opinion of another as a good player simply because they wear the same pearl.

Now to actually be on-topic, last night I encountered several good players.

Feylonia was a wonderful, patient and fun paladin. Cerrra is by far one of the best pullers I've ever encountered. Tylerderden was an excellent ranger. Sneakykitty made me love having a whm in the party all over again and Solarflare - who is in my linkshell - proved once again to never miss a burst, excel beyond words at his job and still have fun. For that, I thank them. And for the 24k in exp as well. But that's just the bonus =P

Well, its been a while since I've been in a pt that had fun, made me laugh, and was just plain enjoyable all the while gaining xp.

With that in mind, I have to post these players I had played with in pt most recently.

Ijerule -
With his 666 MBs (which we laughed and mocked him with happily) this blm neither spammed magic nor whined for refresh. Why? Because he simply never really needed it. His conservation of MP was spectacular, and he never missed a beat to his MBs. He was never afraid to toss a cure or two instead of spam blasting a mob to death. He is swoon worthy.

Seriph -
This silly-minded paladin is the strangest meat shield I've come across yet, but he still does his job with uber bravado and does it well. Them goblins didn't have a chance.

Maiev -
White Mage, a job I don't envy, having to keep everyone alive, she was masterful in the art of curing and still managed to keep people hasted and protected and everything.

Socomatapig -
With the odd name, this thief kept on going and going, pulling well and with a great attitude to it all, even after his death ^^; He still had a smile on his face.

Xigan -
This is the Drk that started it all for me. I hadn't intended on xping that day, but he dragged me in, desperate for a Rdm. (Thank you soo much Xig.) This Drk does it all and even with the occasional whiffs, he'll still be smackin' away with a smile on his face and a curse at the mob *lol*. He even tried to tank a mob to save us, but we wouldn't let him. Even in the face of adversity, he kept his cool and the mob was down and out in no time.

(And if you must really have something commendable to say about them so it just doesn't become a "My recent good pt thread" I will say this:

Not every party can manage to have a conversation going (nor is it usually encouraged) and still be able to do their job. This party, on a whole, cooperated and functioned so well, that a conversation was never a hinderance at all. They were able to function and keep chains while talking and having a good time, which is hard for some parties due for the need for concentration at times, which is sometimes rare for me to see. I have been in many parties of pure silence aside from during a pull or during a break. This party worked so well as a whole together because each knew how to do their job, that that was never an issue.)

Wth. Is it me but this tread is turning into listing-my-whole-LS-roster thread or list-my-last-party-member-roster-that-doesn't-suck thread?

Meh. If you want to vouch for someone for their good deeds, at least write a full justification for it.

Oh Merodi, now I know why people love you so much as I have fallen in love with the crazy Kittycat that you are. I hope I never see you quit the game because that day is when Vana'diel will grow dark and Dynamis will no longer be a dream but a reality.

You're putting words in my mouth. What I meant to discourage was the instances wherein someone posts half their LS rouster with no explanation. I don't really give a crap if the people you list are all LS-mates or not. I just think some sort of reason should be given, as it is in your own post.

I saw Crezto mentioned much earlier on this thread and I'd like to second that. He's the leader of my LS and he does nothing but help us and others out when he's not being a great PLD. He's the first guy myself and many others go to when in need. Don't know where I'd be without him.

After dying from a **** load of Tonberries and coming within 500 xp of deleveling. I shouted for help in Jeuno for Temple Of Uggalpih for about an hour with nothing coming from it, when some l/s friends, Ishido and Yekan say they'll go to that hell hole to help.

Searching for about an hour and a half we find that the coffer is behind the door that needs the Uggalpih key. So about another hour and a half in the Temple (having to escape a few times) I start to /shout for {Temple Of Uggalpih} {Key} when I get a /tell from Vara, who says to ask Tautau.

Tautau took the time to open up the gate we needed to get through the door to get to the coffer. Trade key, Sleepga, Escape and I have a nice new Doublet to wear.

So thanks to Ishido, Tautau, Vara and Yekan who went out of their way to help a Summoner out. ^^

Helped me get started in this game, invited me with a world pass, and on numerous occasions helped me in my lower level endeavors. Always a great friend, both in-game and real life!

I enjoy reading this thread. More than any reason, because you find the truly friendly people that you've chatted or partied with throughout the game are listed here.

Singular's post is a beautiful example of friendship gained throughout our journey's in the warm and friendly environment which we call Final Fantasy.

Thank you Singular for your heartfelt comments.

^^

Reading this post made me remember many of the fun and happy moments I've experienced here and while I cannot remember, nor list, all of the people I've laughed, with or enjoyed the company of, I feel compelled to Honor a very few that have made me feel welcome and loved as a player and a person. These are my angels... the ones I look for everyday; the ones that bring an instant smile to my face and have been with me since my newblette days.

Dauka (Aka: Mouskouri)
Me (As the dumbfounded L 1 / nothing): Excuse me... Can anyone tell me where the Auction House is found?
Dauka: I can show you the way, follow me.
Me: Thank you.
Dauka: ^^
Me: Ok, now what is the Auction House?
Dauka: LOL^^

(Hours of explanation, details, patience and friendship.)

Taruwen (Aka: Taruette)
Me: (too low of a level to try, but...) Can you tell me how to get through the Maze of Shakhrami for Mission 2.1?
Taruwen: Sure!
Taruwen: Oooo... You sure you wanna go at *THAT* level?
Me: ^^
Taruwen: ^^ (Hours of guidance and cheer follows).

Dauka and Taruwen have listened to hours of my endless prattle, returned smiles with laughter and have, to this day, guided me through sooo many of those newblette moments.

Eleadora (Aka: Joyoyo)
Starshadow's Chocobo pecks at Cheemo's head.
Eleadora hides behind Cheemo.
(Dismount) Starshadow bows to Eleadora.
Me: Nice to meet you, Lady Eleadora. ^^
Eleadora curtsies to Starshadow.
Eleadora: Nice to meet you, Starshadow. ^^

Of exploration, a joy for the game and a constant desire to drive her spear through a crawler's skull... she is unrivaled.

Kestry and Falen
Though I have not seen either in far too long a time, both were amazingly patient and kind in tutoring me how to play White Mage and Paladin. I miss them both, dearly.

^^ Who would think that two pressings of the shift-6 keys could mean so much?

A big hug and thanks to *EVERYONE* who brings a smile to another in whatever way works.

If that means showing a newb how to use the Auction House, helping a friend through a mission, teaching a young warrior how Provoke works, exploring every river and waterfall in Vana'diel or simply chasing people around as rabbits in San d'Oria...

Do it.

You make me feel like a giggling Taru trapped inside a mechanical Hume's body. ^^

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I'd like to add everyone in a party i had today, i was rather burnt out all week and this party made me feel confident in wanting to continue WHM.

Zeruthal - I was never without refresh with this rdm. Very good at what he does :3

Jedimindtricks - The first THF i've partied with that didnt make my job any worse than it needs to be.

Ebondeathblade - One of the best DRK's i have ever partied with. has very very good gear.

Angeloup - This BLM made my job so much easier, she popped Paralyze and slow when the mob arrived at camp, so i only had to haste, cure and Dia II.

Jaccob - This guy is one of the few PLD i've partied with that knows his job.
