I'm on Faeblight playing as Sazhya. I play at odd hours, because of the time zones, so I haven't seen anyone on in ages.

Also, I'm not in the guild (accidentally deleted my Cleric and found the Mage more to my liking).

So anyway, there's a few of us, and we've got a little guild. Anyone that plays is free to join us.

And if you're kind of on the fence about playing, Rifts F2P is a pretty good model. They pretty much give you access to everything, but charge you for extras. I'm playing free right now and I have all my gear, I can get to all the zones, my experience isn't throttled, nothing was taken away from me. Not too shabby.

Aye I am at 53 and I haven't spent a dime. Well, unless you count that short bit I was subscribed early on.

The only catch is if you go in fresh you will not be able to use the bank and have a platinum cap (don't quote me but I believe around 2k). Honestly Rift appears to be doing the cash shop correctly.

Edit: To be able to use the AH it is $5 one time.

Yeah, that AH restriction is for gold farmers. But people use the trade channel just fine. I don't have restrictions on my account because I subbed for about a year and also bought the expansion when it came out.

At around 5 PM here, it's 8 AM server time, so I'm usually on in the wee hours of the morning. I'm also leveling up multiple characters. Smiley: um

And I accidentally deleted my Cleric when I was trying to delete my Warrior (whom I then recreated as well). Beer was involved.
