It's weird that I go to log into Alla to read FFXI posts and it's like my account was reset...

Weird.

Then again I haven't logged in for years so that could be why.

Alright with FFXI being down and going to be done until god knows when ( I don't believe their re-launch date ) I wanted to share a game that I came upon that's been around for a year or two and reminds me of the old Warcraft III: Frozen Throne games

You basically have a selection of a ton of Champs that you control and try to take out stations of the other parties and fight against their minions and their champs.

I kind of like it :) so anyone else have any great sites that show builds or set ups for it.

you can check it out

Not for me it wasn't, as I only have 50 posts per page showing. I believe that is the default. Also, the last post in that thread was over 2 months ago. First page in this forum doesn't mean a whole lot.

You're right, I do forget that 100 isn't the default. My apologies there.

And just cause the last post was 2 months ago doesn't mean bumping an old thread is worse than starting a new one. :P

Also, ***** you because I just wanted to be mean to the new poster. I don't need your reasoning ruining my fun. I'm not a part of your system.

My @#%^ing brother keeps playing these goddamn songs in the car no matter where we go.

He takes the @#%^ing time each trip to find his cords and music player, which only has anime/game music on it, and @#%^ing play with it and troubleshoot the damn thing just to play these two songs every goddamn trip.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wHp4VJ47v0

And he's 21 years old.

In other news, I've been losing a lot lately, though did win 5 of my 7 games yesterday.

Still learning how to jungle correctly. Find it easiest on Udyr/Amumu, never done it on Fiddle even though I own him. The problem mostly lays in my route - I can't find that magical way that lets me leave jungle at level 4 with nearly full HP/MP and double buffed. And also, what should a jungler be doing after the laning phase is over? Roaming and harassing? Still jungling? Pushing? Join a lane?

Edit - watched a few tourneys and 2k ELO streams lately, seems as though most people in normal games just play completely wrong. Once you get into double digits or even before, the entire team needs to roam, pick a lane, push it. Or cause a teamfight and win it, and then push. That's what it seems like, anyway, with someone, a 'team leader', calling out the lanes and fights.

Bought a new mouse yesterday so I could finally play this again after weeks out. I am in love with Malzahar. Stack lots of ability power, hide behind someone beefy then when the time is flash in and pop all 4 of your attacks on someone. DoT, Silence, AoE then stun them in the AoE. Instant kill on anything.

Played this religiously for about 5 months, got super good with the Sasquatch dude, then stopped playing. I may get back into it, if I can stay away from minecrack.

Someone in my LS plays this religiously.

What is this game? Is it free? What do you actually do?

It is free. Essentially it is a PVP mmo. You choose a hero, and battle either 3v3 or 5v5. The goal is to destroy the enemy base before they destroy yours. You level up and unlock abilities, and increase their strength, buy items to increase stats etc. Its pretty fun way to kill time between events. I played a lot when I played EVE because there is a lot of downtime associated with that game. (as in nothing going on not server downtime.)

Its a great pick up and play game, each champion only has a few abilities so you can get competent with each fairly quickly even if mastering them takes alot longer.

The basic premise is 2 teams with a Nexus at each end of some lanes. You have to defend your Nexus while destroying the opponents. Each team gets auto turrets that defend the lanes, when a turret is destroyed it is gone forever. The nexus will periodically spawn weak minions which act as cannon fodder to tank turret shots and you can farm the opposing minions for gold. You earn exp and gold for kills, level up to rank up your skills spend gold on items. The game ends when a Nexus is destroyed.

You will earn Summoner exp and IP for each match played. Levelling up your Summoner allows you to spend talent points that increases your champions abilities in every match. You can spend the IP on new champions or Runes that give a boost to your champions stats.

There is currently 73 champions to choose from, with a new one added roughly every month. Each week there is a different selection of loaner Champions which can be used without having to purchase them.

I think that covers the basics of the game for you Likibiki

One last thing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RYc8CTtjnZA&feature=channel_video_title is the original League of Legens walkthrough trailer from two years ago. The game is the same, the UI is very different now though.

Haha Timelord, I just listened to that song you linked to. Brilliant. It basically sums my playstyle up. I have never surrendered, even when I am playing absolutely shockingly bad.
Whenever my team calls the vote I respond with the same battlecry: "To the death! Victory or annihilation!"
