EQ2 Zam problemFollow

#1 Jun 24 2013 at 11:42 AM Rating: Decent
Hello,

It was 4am last night and set a goal for myself. I set all my graphics to maxed out on EQ2 and launched fraps saving pictures in .PNG format.

What I wanted to do was go around to everywhere I could taking photos of NPCS and then uploading them to Zam. (I did this in the past when I played WoW -> I uploaded all the npcs in maxed out graphics in elwynn forest and others).

Anyway, heres the problem:
You know the starting area (ice place). I went to the closet town and seen some of the NPCS. I googled the npcs and could not find anything of them.
they were also not on Zam.

I would really like to contribute as much as I could but the npcs are not in zam's database, will this be fixed or was it just me?

Thank You.

What were you searching for and how were you doing it? I went to our Frostfang Sea Quest Series guide and every NPC from that area is here.

Like Galinda Goodfaith, Yasha Redblade, and Arrin Clelland

The guards and some other NPCs in Frostfang Sea do not exist in our database because SOE has their names randomize every time they load up. That means a guard that you see one week more likely than not will have a completely different name next week. We did not manually add them through the wiki for that very reason. Randomized NPCs are our bane and best avoided, unfortunately.

Thank you so much for contributing!! :)
