I also commented this on the Fulginate Broadhead arrow item page:
I just leveled enough to get the lvl 43 recipes for the fulginate broadhead, bodkin and field point arrows. The examine information on all these arrows is not what I see when I look here. The broadhead I made says, in my examine window, Damage +3 Slashing and hit bonus -10%. The field point: +1 crushing, bodkin +2 piercing.
My question is, do I stay with feyiron another 10 levels or do I trust that the examine screen I see is different from the actual coding of the item?

If you are below the level required to use the arrow, it will display lower in game. Once you hit the required level the stats will display the appropriate amounts. I can't guarantee that our database entries for these arrows are 100% accurate as much has been updated in-game since the last time we were provided data a year ago, but I can guarantee that each tier's arrows are better to use than the previous tier's.

Thank you! I have come depend on this site so much, and I did not once think of the level of the ranger, who is 37, the arrow wants 40. I made 9 characters, one for each craft, this answer will stay with me and will remind all my other characters that all is well.
