Remove AdornmentsFollow

#1 Jan 02 2013 at 6:06 PM Rating: Decent
I have done several searches on ZAM (Wiki and Forums) and cannot found out 'if' and 'how' to remove adornments from armor/weapons.
Based on the lack of information, I would assume you cannot remove adornmemts. Can anyone confirm?

In Everquest you could purchase solvents to remove.

As of CoE you can. Ask in the crafting channel, they're made by Adorners and Tinkerers. You're looking for "dislodgers"

Basic Adornment Dislodger removes one white adornment. Advanced Adornment Dislodger removes all white adornments. The base item will be destroyed unless it's usable in appearance slots.

Basic Trichromatic Adornment Dislodger removes one yellow, red, or green adornment (user's choice) and destroys the item (and any adornments not removed). Advanced Trichromatic Adornment Dislodger removes all yellow, red, and/or green adornments and destroys the item (along with any white adorns that were on the object).

I'll work up a guide for that :)

Calthine,
Thanx for the response. A guide would be helpful...<grin>

I searched the Wiki for Adornment Dislodger but did not find anything. Where can you purchase these? Only from other players? or make them myself?

>>The base item will be destroyed<<
For Example: If I remove an adornment from a shield, the shield would no longer be able to drop in my shield slot? (disregarding appearance slots)

This is another good reason to buy my 2 outstanding expansion packs.<bwg>
Thanx again for the response.

Sorry, we no longer get data from SOE so anything in the wiki has to be hand-entered. They're made by Tinkerers, so you'll want to make them (recipes dropped in CoE), ask in the crafting channel, or check the broker.
