Okay so I tried to log on and it keeps telling me severs are busy but my son on another computer is on...how can this be that I can't log in but he can?
I'm not sure what would cause that. :( My only suggestion is to try posting on the Connection Support forum and hopefully they have a solution: http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/forums/show.m?forum_id=2638
This is just a guess:
Your sons information could be saved on a different part of SOE's databases than yours. So if there were something to happen to your server, or if they were even just to take it down and run simple things on it.
I've seen similar issues happen in the past with couples I know who play.
Or it could be something else /shrug
