What's with all the jewelty and armor drops that have no stats on them?
(+INT, +WIS, +AGI, +STR, +STA, etc)

Are these to be upgraded with adornments?

Seems I talked to some NPC in Freeport that wanted to know if I had any....

What should I do with them? .... seems I get a lot!

[For example: rings like Signet of Ree and Dust Flecked Signet]

A lot of that stuff used to have itemization and suffered in the Great Reitemization of GU 24. It's pretty much vendor trash, now.
