lol, if you don't have one of them, thats the one you need. No seriously, they are all pretty useful to have, and if a raid guild is lacking one they probably wouldn't mind getting it. they all bring something to the table. Wizards with high dps and spike dmg, warlocks knock out group encounters, conjys can CoTh and send plane shifted pets. Them and Necros both hand out manaregen items. Necro's have the lovly lifeburn for massive dps. Coercers have HL which is a great thing for mages. And they do other nice things for raid fuction. Illusionists have great buffs for boosted dps. And their ability to mezz is sometimes extremly important, though i admit i don't know much about enchanters. Hope this helped somehow...its all about what you want to bring to the table. And any guild/group loves a high dps casters usually.
