I am currently a 27 Sage, and I have some questions. I have some lvl 20 buffs and one that does not light up while crafting.
Also, I only have 3 lvl 20 buffs and none are durability, in fact do the opposite. Am I to continue using my lvl 10 buffs to increase my durability?

The higher you get in tradeskills the more buffs you get. Try to mix and match to see which buffs work the best until you get a new set.

Understanding the Arts might be useful to you.
Short version: you get three new arts per tier, and they alternate progess and durability. In your 20's you'll have three sets: Tier 1, (progress) Tier 2 (durability), and Tier 3 (progress). Mix 'n' Match :)
