I was wondering where do I go to get the DoF writs? If anyone could give me a zone name and and npc name that would be great. I'm good aligned if that matters. Thanks alot.
The DoF writs are level 55 and the writ givers are in the same general area as the guys for all the other writs 
I started getting them at lvl 50, and yes they are generally close to the person you was getting lvl 45 writs from.
I wish more of them involved killing X mobs. Before the merger it wasn't too bad, but now you can't hardly collect your items because there is always 1 or 2 others looking for the same thing :/ Also no exp or loot to be had gathering.

Hi
Mage Guild: South Qeynos > Mage Tower > red portal > opposite side of stairs.
Fighter Guild: North Qeynos > Castle Steps halfway up on right side (KoS writs on same deck on left side)
Priest Guild: North Qeynos > Priest Temple outside near the pool, on left side as you walk down the steps towards the pool.
Scout Guild: Elddar Grove > at base of tree (don't go up!)
