I was looking through my guild bank the other day, thinking to myself how mych stuff we have in there. Each of the four banks seemed filled to the brim with...stuff.
Here's how we have evolved to organize out bounty:
Bank 1
Collection items, armor and weapon loot drops, faction items. Also our main cash bank, but holds only about 2pp.
Bank 2
Guild crafter-made armor and weapons, more gear, spell books.
Bank 3
Harvested items including rares for any guild crafters to use.
Bank 4
Food and drink as made by our Provisioner. We only make level 50+ stuff these days, everyone benefits.
Usually, Bank 1 is open to everyone, and we reserve 2, 3, and 4 for Officers. Since every officer has an alt, then it all works out. When we welcome a new member, we grant them access to 1, but limit the number of withdraws they can make per day to 5. Max cash withdraw limit is 20g for them also.
We have a relatively small guild, and our bank is always packed to the brim. I then wondered how larger guilds use the bank and how they manage it. We have a guild on our server that has 800+ members - it boggled my mind how they could manage a guild bank with such a large population.
