It's pretty easy. I know nothing of PCs but I was able to figure it out. First download fraps and just make sure it's on before you log into EQ.Set up a key you want to use for recording the game while you play. You can also choose to turn sound from the game on or off.
When you want to take some video, hit F10 twice, which will get rid of the UI, giving you a clear screen. There are numbrs in the corner of your screen. When you hit record they should go from yellow to red. Unless you buy the better version of Fraps it will only record for I believe 30 seconds, where you then have to hit record again.
Once you have the clips, you start to make your vid. I use Windows Movie maker, found in your accessories. I import a song I have downloaded on my pc and then play around with the clips I took, editing it to fit the music.
Save it as a .wmv and find a place online to upload it. And voila. I tend to use freevideoblog.com
I have two other WoW vids Ive done, found on the page linked in my sig. Each one takes a couple hours to make, but well worth it. I hope that helps.
