I heard that in yesterday's patch they did a re-calc of the math for crafting XP. They made the shift retroactive so everyone logs in with more crafting XP than they had the day before. My woodworker started the session with 100% of level 25 and the first thing he made let him ding 26.
One of my guildies reported that he had to go to QH and re-choose his subclass because he had been reset to the edge of level 20, he said he had been lvl 21). As soon as he re-chose and crafted another item he shot up to where he was supposed to be. You might also need to do that to collect your banked XP.
In addition, the new math is crazy good, (I picked up an additional 4 levels today - 1 on my tailor and a total of 3 on the woodworker), so I don't expect the new formula to stand as is. I would expect a tweak in the next day or so...
