haha, NOT!!!
i must say i thoroughly enjoy the combat changes. "prefered" tank is exactly that, something everyone needs to decide for themselves. i am a 51 zerker on toxx, and i have to say our dps went UP. my dps goes down when i tank, because of misses and parries and such, but when i am dps i can usually match any dps class. using combatstats.com parser, i have found that i usually do 200-400 dps weither im tanking or not. with our new offensive stance, we get a 10% aoe proc for about 200 damage that is great for keeping aggro while fighting groups. i think our taunts are slightly less powerful than that of the other fighter classes, but our dps more than makes up for it. i was SUPER worried about SOE nerfing our dps, but it didnt happen. i am both happy about it and a bit fearful, as the shadow of the nerf bat looms everywhere i look. i say this cuz the point(as stated by soe) of some of the tank changes was it wsa unfair that zerkers could tank as well as guardians, yet have way higher dps(this IS true, tho im complaining). after posting parser results in groups, many people, scouts, mages and especially the other fighter classes, have complained and ******* cuz SOe didnt fix the unfairness of zerkers. everyone was lead to believe that zerkers were goin to be near the bottom of the dps food chain, with mages and scouts at the top. fortunalty for us, we remain at the top(now along with mages and scouts, whos dps has been increased dramatically). so zerkers, enjoy while we gots it, and everyone cross ur fingers that SOE looks the other way. i would prolly guess that for raids, guardians will still be the prefered MT as their defensive abilities are still superior to ours, as is their taunting. as for normal groups, pallys and SKs have seemed to be much better, gueards the same, so they seem actually balanced in that regard. well, just my 2cp.....PEACE
