An expedition undertaken in medieval romance by a knight in order to perform a prescribed feat: the quest for the Holy Grail.
The word "quest" is not finitely defined as a task undertaken by a single individual. I'm not here to debate the validity of eq2 quests requiring more than a single individual. I was also part of the eq1 crowd, playing for quite some time, to gain access to elementals, time, and uqua. EQ2 does not put these type of obstacles in our way. Im in my mid 40's, done about 2/3 the access quests, and believe me, they are NOT as difficult as one thinks they are. If playing with 4-5 other individuals, to reach a common goal is taxing, confusing, or irritating to you, this may not be your game...i hear WoW is quite soloable.
I am a mage, btw, and duo'd most of my menagerie quest. Just wasn't that dang hard to do, and not very time consuming. I'm not one of those playing 60 hours a week, i work 8-8 5 days a week, and play a few hours 4 nights a week, maybe one weekend day. Enjoy the zones your in, access to others will come, with a little work, and persistance.
