Yes they are definitely incompetent when it comes to computer billing systems. In fact their whole CS seems to be a complicated run-around. Petition and they autoreply telling you to email, email and they autoreply telling you to petition.
And they messed up my billing. I was looking to add one of the premium features to my account. When I looked it showed Station pass at $21.99 a month twice. Now I didn't want to pay twice so I cancelled one of them and guess what - they both went. Then when you have cancelled you cannot uncancel until the account actually lapses and then you can start subscribing again. If I provided that kind of functionality to my clients they'd lynch me.
