I signed up with EQ2 November 13th using a fairly new credit card that has no bad credit on it. I tried logging in tonight and it said "You do not have a subscription for EQ2." I went to check out my account info and it says my account was closed. They gave me my first month, Nov 13 - Dec 13 and apparently closed my account.
However, I was charged for the next month phase, Dec 13 - Jan 13, and I cannot play EQ2. Does anyone know why this is?
I cannot contact Customer Support because SoE Does not have Customer support on weekends.
