I have got a letter from GM, In which he says,“your accounts have been suspended for the selling of platinum and items for real-life money" Now the accounts,as much as ten,which are applied by my same email address have all been banned。i already email to eqaccountstatus@soe.sony.com ,they have not give me satisfied reply.maybe the one of my account done something wrong disobeying the game rules.Does it mean if one of my accounts applied my email address break the rules, all of my accounts will be punished no matter if they break the rules? Is that EQ rules? Some of my accounts have stopped a few months ago, so they are impossible to break the game rules. So I think your jurisdiction is unreasonable and unfair for me. they have just mentioned that they have warned me in the fast and I didn't ammend so you banned my accounts. I promise that I have never received such warning message, if I did, I would never make the same mistakes. and then i send too many EMAIL to they.They do not answer the letter for me.now who can help me ,please tell me how can i do ?
